Sintered Alnico magnets are manufactured by a powder metallurgy process which utilises controlled atmosphere, high temperature sintering to produce near net shape parts. These may range in weight from as little as 0.05g up to 150g
The careful control of the alnico raw materials and production process guarantees that a narrow spread of magnetic performance and physical dimensions can be assured. Our experience means we can deliver standard alnico grades or a tailored material to meet specific customer requirements.
